Working principle

The bag filter is equipped with an electromagnetic pulse valve, and the pulse valve is periodically opened, so that the compressed air is sprayed from the perforations of the blowing pipe to the corresponding venturi tubes, and the excess dust on the filter bag is cleared, so that the bag is kept ventilated smoothly and continuously. According to the angle of the valve inlet and outlet and the form of the air inlet can be divided into three types:
a) Right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve whose inlet and outlet are at right angles and directly controlled by electrical signals;
b) Straight-through electromagnetic pulse valve: a diaphragm valve whose inlet and outlet are 180 degrees and directly controlled by electric signals;
c) Submerged electromagnetic pulse valve: The diaphragm valve whose valve body inlet is submerged in the air bag and directly controlled by the electric signal.
