Installation process:
1. After the dust collector is delivered to the construction site, we can check the box number, equipment name and drawing number (or specifications), and the number of parts by packing list or other forms of delivery list, and check the parts, tools and accessories one by one. (or materials), factory certificate, and other technical documents, etc., should be recorded one by one. After the inspection is completed, relevant procedures must be handled and properly kept. If there is any damage, repairs and corrections should be made in time.
2. All kinds of lifting equipment, tools, accessories and various temporary reinforcements necessary for the installation process should be fully prepared, can be installed in accordance with the installation instructions, and the installation unit can also be based on the mechanization level of the lifting equipment to ensure the quality of the installation project. Next, make appropriate changes as appropriate and use other effective installation methods.
3, the installation of the upper box and the lower box, generally due to transport problems, the upper box and the lower box are separate, so after arriving at the construction site, after the crane is lifted from the car by a crane, The upper case and the lower case are fixed with screws, and then the pipe can be installed.
4. Pipeline installation: Connect the pipes according to the nodes of each component installation diagram. All piping is flanged or piped. According to the connecting pipe between the various fittings (elbow, tees, unions, etc.) shown in the installation drawing, the dimensions should be determined in advance to make a short threaded pipe. When the threaded joint is connected, the joint must be wrapped around the linseed rope. To prevent air leakage, do not overtighten it to damage the pipe. The connection of the rubber tube to the inlet of the working cylinder should be formally connected after ventilation so that the debris in the pipeline can be removed when venting. After installing the air pressure piping installation drawing, the debris in the piping shall be cleaned first, and then tested at 1.5 times the working pressure. No leakage shall be considered for 30 minutes before passing the test. If any air leakage is found, remove the twisted wire and remove it. After oiling, test again until it does not leak.
5. After the dust collector is installed, it can be checked and accepted according to the relevant items of “Technical Requirements and Acceptance Specifications for Bag Filter Installation”.
