Roles of bag filter dust collector in industries

The bag filter is usually composed of an upper casing (purifying air chamber), a middle casing, a ash hopper, a frame, and a pulse blowing device. The moving direction of the dust-containing airflow is divided into two types: upper air inlet and lower air inlet. The main working principle is that the dusty airflow enters the dust hopper of the dust collector from the lower part of the tank. The flow rate decreases, a part of the large particles in the airflow, the dust with high density and the agglomerated dust particles swirl down the hopper according to the centrifugal force and the gravity effect; the fine dust particles with fine particle size and small density are suspended in the gas and flow through the airflow device. It evenly enters the filter chamber and is dispersed in the gap of the filter bag. It is deposited on the surface of the filter bag through the effects of inertial bumping and sieving on the surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas is discharged by the main fan.

The bag filter mainly relies on the dust bag to remove dust. The adsorption of carbon is the most useful method to remove the two dioxin. It plays the role of activated carbon powder which can adsorb two dioxin substances in various working conditions. The residual soot is trapped on the surface of the filter bag. In order to avoid the re-generation of the two cacao in the process of cooling, the flue gas passes through the waste heat boiler, slaked lime participating equipment, activated carbon powder injection equipment and dust collector and wet acid removal equipment. The composition of the cooling and purification system for disposal, effectively remove harmful substances in the flue gas, which is conducive to environmental protection.
