Three: Every time after the maintenance of the dust collector is finished, it must be carefully checked whether there are tools or other objects falling into the equipment. Check whether the protective cover of the dust collector is properly installed and must not be wasted.

Four: The bag filter should be uniform and uniform in color. It must not have defects such as brittleness, flaking, cracks, curling, and brush marks. The thickness must not be less than 50 μm. Film adhesion according to the provisions of JB/T53134.

Five: For the treatment of Dust Collectors containing flammable and explosive dust gases, such as coal dust collector, the dust in the dust collector should be frequently removed to prevent burning or explosion, and fire should be prevented from entering. It is strictly prohibited during operation. Welding, gas welding repair pipe or casing.

Sixth: When entering harmful and toxic gas dust collectors for maintenance, to prevent possible hypoxia and harmful gas poisoning accidents, the gas in the system may be replaced with air.
