It is mainly used as the final filter of the general air conditioning system and a pre-filter for purifying the air conditioning system to filter the dust of ≥1μm particles in the atmosphere. Its filtration efficiency is ≥50%~~99%@≥1μm (counting method) or European standard F5-F9.

Many direct customers in the process of replacing the medium-effect non-woven bag filter, because the filter is used for a long period of time, in the frequent cleaning and maintenance process, the product label has been removed or broken! In the process of purchasing, we can't determine what kind of product is suitable for our own equipment. Here we briefly introduce it from several aspects:

1, size: This aspect, it should be relatively clear, as long as there is a tape measure, it is easy to measure the actual size, but it should be noted that the size of the bag filter, including four aspects: length, width, border The thickness (usually: 21#, 25# and 46#) and the depth of the bag, the first three are guaranteed to meet the reserved installation space, the latter one is to ensure the rated air volume of the entire filter,

2, the number of bags: This is also relatively clear can be directly seen! Usually speaking a bag filter, it actually contains a number of bags, like our standard 287mm size, we can be divided into 3 or 4 Too many and too few will affect the effect!

3, filtration efficiency: This is in the absence of specific data, the average customer is difficult to judge, the most direct way we give manufacturers is to judge the filtration efficiency by the color of the bag:
