Working principle of the dust collector 

dust collector allows the flue gas to enter the device in the tangential direction, and the dust particles are separated from the gas due to the centrifugal force, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the flue gas. The airflow in the cyclone is rotated many times and the line speed of the airflow is also fast, so the particles in the swirling airflow are subjected to much greater centrifugal force than gravity. For cyclone Dust Collectors with small diameter and high resistance, the centrifugal force can be as large as 2500 times that of gravity. For large diameter, low resistance cyclone, the centrifugal force is more than 5 times larger than gravity.

When the airflow is rotating, the dust particles in the airflow are separated from the airflow by the centrifugal force. The technique of removing dust by centrifugal force is called centrifugal dust removal technology. A device that uses centrifugal force for dust removal is called a cyclone.

The cyclone has the following characteristics:

(1) The Cyclone Dust Collector has a simple structure, no moving parts in the body, no special auxiliary equipment, a small area occupied, and less investment in manufacturing and installation.

(2) Cyclone dust collector operation, maintenance of the street, pressure loss, power consumption is small, operation and maintenance costs are low, for high dust separation efficiency of more than 10μm.

(3) The cyclone dust collector has large operation flexibility and stable performance, and is not limited by the concentration and temperature of the dust-containing gas. There is no special requirement for the physical quality of dust, and it can be made of different materials according to the different requirements of the production process, or lined with various wear-resistant and heat-resistant materials to improve the service life.

(4) The cyclone dust collector is not allowed to leak air.
