Chain conveyor selection advice

FU type chain conveyor equipment selection: 

(1) Select the chain speed according to the state of the material, and select the slow speed for cement and raw materials for materials with strong grinding, high temperature, large proportion of coarse particles and large material. For chain speed selection, other materials with similar properties and state of cement can be selected. 

(2) Select the model according to the delivery amount. Under the same conveying amount, selecting a larger model can reduce the chain speed and prolong the service life. However, when the conveying amount is less than 30% of the conveying amount, the material layer will be too thin to form idling and increase wear. 

(3) Select the power according to the conveying amount, the conveying length and the process condition. The assembly form of the chain conveyor drive device is divided into X1, X2, left and right, etc., and X2 is a back-mounted type. 

(4) Each inlet and outlet, the user selects according to the needs. 

a. In order to avoid the smooth feeding, it is not suitable to use the upper feed port for materials with poor fluidity and high humidity. 

b. When the first feed port is close to the tail axis, the upper feed port should not be used. 

c. According to the needs of users, this machine can be equipped with multiple inlet and outlet ports, and can also provide gate discharge port.
