6. When the boiler stops abnormally, it is necessary to stop the cleaning so as to ensure that when the boiler is re-injected into the oil gun after a short-time shutdown, the bag is placed in a state of uniform dusting.
Boiler pulse bag filter outage:
1. The crew should notify the operator of the desulphurization machine to know the downtime before the scheduled shutdown.
2. Short-time shutdown (1-7 days), the dust collector operator shall stop the dust cleaning under the premise of differential pressure before stopping, so as to ensure that the surface of the cloth bag will have a certain thickness when the oil gun is re-injected after short-time shutdown. Fly ash does not have to be re-painted.
3. When the boiler is out of service for a long period of time, the blowing system shall continue to operate for more than 30 minutes to remove the dust layer on the dust bag as much as possible; close the inlet and outlet baffle doors to prevent the filter bag from getting damp. The next time the machine is turned on, the filter bags must be pre-painted according to the pre-painting operation procedures and requirements, and the sample must be inspected. The surface of the filter bags must be able to see the obvious adhesion of the dust layer.
4. Any type of shutdown must continue to operate the induced draft fan for more than 1h (the specific operating time of the induced draft fan should meet the requirement that the smoke temperature at the entrance of the desulfurization absorption tower is less than 80°C), and replace the residual acid gas in all the compartments of the precipitator.
5. Close all the inlet and outlet baffle doors of the precipitator and open all three groups of bypass valves. The precipitator will remain in the bypass state until it is put into the main road transportation.
Boiler dust collector put into operation:
1. After the boiler precipitator is put into operation for the first time or after a large number of new filter bags are changed, in order to prevent the oil stains from adhering to the surface of the filter bag, the dust precipitator needs to be precoated with ash to leave an initial ash layer on the surface to form a benign cycle.
2. Before the pre-spraying, 2 sets of induced draft fans must be turned on, and the opening should be 40% or more. Pre-spraying requires stopping the plastering when the pressure difference is increased by 250 to 300 Pa on the basis of the original pressure. During the pre-spraying, the injection of pulses is prohibited, and the initial ash layer is prevented from being destroyed. When the host removes all the large oil guns, it is put into pulse injection.
