How to debug and maintain a tube screw conveyor

Tube Screw Conveyor consists of unloading device, screw shaft, feeding device, drive device and other components. The working principle of the tube screw conveyor is to evenly feed the material into the feed port. The motor in the drive unit drives the speed reducer, and then the shaft is transferred to the screw shaft, and the material enters from the feed port. The material is discharged from the body under the action of the blades. So how do you debug a tube screw conveyor? 

 

1. The tube screw conveyor must ensure no-load starting when no material is conveyed in the conveying tube, which can effectively prevent overload starting.
2. The material conveyed by the tube screw conveyor must not be mixed with hard bulk materials, so as to avoid screwing the screw shaft and causing damage to the screw machine during feeding.
3, after the mechanical machine is installed, you need to manually turn the screw shaft to see if there is a stuck phenomenon, to ensure normal operation before the test.
4. When the machine is in commissioning operation, it is necessary to carefully observe the flexibility of each component, whether there are loose noises and other abnormal phenomena in the rotating parts, and confirm that there is no error before feeding.
5. During the test run, the speed control knob of the speed controller should be turned to the minimum speed. After the whole machine rotates normally, the speed control knob is turned from small to large. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine in time and check it. Reboot.
6. The lubricant in the bearing of the tube screw conveyor needs to be replaced once every three months, and the amount of the oil added in the bearing is 2/3 of the space inside the bearing.
7. In order to extend the service life of the tube screw conveyor, it is necessary to conduct a thorough inspection and maintenance after the machine has been continuously operated for three months, in particular, the integrity and cleanliness of the machine to prevent the parts from being worn too quickly.
